How do we quote and work?
We look at the roof first. Then we explain what we see in plain language, show you where the problems are and put a quote in writing before any work starts. The quote spells out what is included and which materials are planned.
You should compare it with others if you like. We would rather you understand what you are signing than feel rushed. We also suggest you check any contractor's insurance and ask for warranty terms in writing. If your roof only needs a small repair, we will tell you that, not sell you a new roof.
